***CEL Code 14***
I just did a B16 swap into my EF hatch. Now I am throwing code 14. I tried replacing the IACV with one I had laying around but still got the same problem. Also, car will not stay on unless I am constantly giving it gas. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Ok, I replaced the IACV off my friends running LS and Im not throwing the code anymore! 
BUT my car still wont hold idle. I have to keep giving it gas for it to stay running. Im guessing fuel filter...? What do you guys think??
