Default Question for lowered DC2s

How low can you go before the scissor jack wont fit under the car? I could figure this out later, but I'm bored at work. So if anyone knows...let me know!

you can go pretty damn low dude. im sitting on blades with like a a near 3" drop and i got friends that are even lower and thats what we use to get a rolling jack under. honestly it depends on your wheel size too

That's good enough for me, I'm on 16s and will be dropping 2" tomorrow. Just wanted to make sure I can get it on jackstands next week.

the real question is why are you using scissor jacks?

Just make a little ramp out of plywood or 2x6's. You'll only need 2 nailed/glued together (just enough to get your jack under). Much easier than fumbling with the OEM jack.
