Changing a belt is about the easiest thing you can do.
Go to auto parts store, buy the belt. They can look up which one you need.
You will probably have to remove your P/S belt first.
You will need to loosen the bolts for the P/S pump and use the adjustment screw to give you enough slack to take it off.
For the A/C belt, there is an adjustment screw for the tensioner pulley. Loosen it to give you enough room to slip the belt over the A/C pulley, tensioner and crank pulley. It basically will only logically fit on the right pulley. Make sure the grooves are in the properly, the belt should not be hanging off the side.
Its a tight squeeze in there.
Adjust the adjustment screw so that your belt has about an inch of play.
Put your P/S belt back on and adjust about the same.
You should be good.
I recommend searching online for a "factory service manual" for your car, usually you can find them for download in PDF or sometimes on ebay on cd for less than $10. This is the best thing you can possibly have for repairs and maintenance.
