I'm really desperate to get my car running.its an 88" honda hatch with a shc zc motor. But the engine is not rotating I already had the starter checked, and it's ok.checked the power, to the starter,ok. I did a complete tune up,checked ignition switch ok,Replace the main relays. new battery,I checked all fusses, ok. turn engine by hand it rotates but 1/2 way it feels a little hard.its that normal? I really don't know what else to check. Any helpful comments will be appreciated.

 

IF THE MOTOR FEELS HARD TO TURN IN SOME SPOTS ITS NORMAL. ITS BUILDING COMPRESSION. SOUNDS LIKE A IGNITION OR SOME TIPE OF ELECTRICAL ISSUE
