HELP !!Car wont turn off after taking the key out.
Okay so I finish my rebuild and reinstall my engine.
Now when I hook up the battery the car acts as if the engine is on. without the key being in the ignition.
Then when I start the car it runs but after turning the key off it won't turn off? I have to pull the distributor wire in order to get the sucker to shut down.
HELP !!

Okay go ahead and kick me after I'm done kicking myself.
I forgot that I installed a clock into my CX. I as dumb as it sounds put the clock power harness into the hazard button switch.
This causing the ignition to act like it did.
Weird simple things like this can cause such huge problems.
So if you ever have an engine running and it wont stop even when the key is pulled out a wise thing to do is unplug the distributor wire.
And recheck all your electrical connections.
