Default My buddies 325i wont start

Any one here familiar with BMW's? well if you are i have a huge problem here.

My buddy has a 1994 325i.
First off- Auto to manual convertion.

Second- Engine swapped for a lower milage one

Third- still using automatic ECU and harness

Fourth- Drove to my work and car now will not start.

fifth- Homie forgot to put spark plug gaskets(the ones under the valve cover to keep oil out)

Six- spark plug 4-5-6 full of oil.(Pretty much reason it wont start) cleaned off spark plugs and coil and still no start. Notice that plugs where cover in oil from the inside so we cleaned off also.

seven- turn the ignition and engine cranks over(still not start). NOW THE STRAnGEST THING EVER- we disconnect fuel ingectors, turn ignition and car starts. connect injectors with the quickness and car seems to rev all the way to red line. it is like if someone was flooring the gas pedal.(No...throttle cable not stuck)

Eight- As far as we know engine harness it rightfull conneceted to the right sensor.(Note...BMW Harness the worst i have ever seen...out of 12 connector 4 are the same and 3 are the same ...thats why i own a honda

Nine- we still F(*&^$G confused on why car will not start with injectors connected.
Buddy has no idea what he got into and buddy has no money to spend on a mechanic.
Also please note that car was running with this new engine in it. everything was working perfectly it was when we got to my work that everything began to go haywire.

Also can too much cracking the engine over mess somthing up something related to fuel and spark sequence?

One thing we have not tired it to put engine a TDC and then try to crack it.

One more thing...in not familiar with BMW's im a honda guy im just helping my buddy its just that after 3 day of trying we DONE!! im blad from all the hair pulling

THANKS IN ADVANCE TO ALL YOU BEAMER GUYS...CASUE THOSE CARS ARE ARM AND A LEG TO WORK ON. ESPECIALLY THE ELECTRICAL
