Default screwy no start

car is a 91 civic se 4door (basically a dx) with zc sohc I just bought already swapped. Sooo, I had a code for cps so I changed the dizzy. After that it wouldn't start. So I think - its a bad dizzy, I also rechecked the wiring, and the blu/grn and blu/yel. for cps were switched, causing the code. So I put the original dizzy back in (I know its good) and still no start. I have checked the wiring so many times, and its good. Yes I know about the two white wires, they are good, I checked against my b16 hatch. Fuel system is good, along with the main relay, I just changed that out. I have spark as well.

So, any input is greatly appreciated I'm not stupid, although I feel that way right now, this car is kicking my azz

Yeah, I have fuel and I have spark, makes no sense right now. It was running great until I changed the dizzy, and I am back to the original one.... I think grounds should be good, I didn't change any of that.

Ok, if you ever swap the coupling (dizzy to cam) it is offset so you need to install it the right way orrrrrr your timing will be 180 off. Like mine. So yeah, a stupid mistake I made when rushed an tired. Thanks guys for all the suggestions and info, sorry it was so stupid. I learn every time I come here.
wooohoo I can start on my nice car. in a while....
