Hi ive been Trying to BAR My 1999 Honda Civic Dx With a B16a2 in CA for a couple times now and each time it Passes On Everything Visal emissions ect. but it wont pass the Readiness test "O2 Sensor, Evap. System, And The Catalyst" Other then these 3 problems all belive that can be solves by fixing 1 problem im not sure how to go about this. Any one Encounter This Problem before if so how did you fix it i really need some help Court is 1 week away and i need to pass or eles big fine for a legal car Legal Engine

Readiness codes identify if an emissions control system monitor tests have run. Readiness codes change from Not Complete to Complete after the monitor tests successfully determines system status..

ur 02 sensor should change from INCOM to Complete after driving a few miles but the other 2 are the much harder ones to get to change from INCOM to Complete..its helpful if u can find a scanner that can check Readiness status and have it with you while you try and set this monitors otherwise its gonna be tough to noe if they are set or not
