brake rotor question
I don't know why you would want Civic rotors on an S2K but I believe up to 2005 they were 4 lug and after they are 5 lug. So if the rotors are from an 06' they will fit the lug nut pattern, but I am have never owned a civic so I could be wrong. Again why would you want civic rotors on an S2k are they aftermarket?

I was looking for some cross drilled brembo rotors and they don't have it for the s2000...they only had civic rotors. also, they're cheaper..if they fit what does it matter which car they are for?

Are you looking at spending any time on the track with your S2000?
Non-slotted and drilled rotors are really your best bet. Slotted and/or drilled rotors cause shorter pad life, higher noise, and are more prone to cracking. They also offer you less surface area.

I have done a bit of research on other parts, but i don't know anyone with a civic so i can't just go look at it. I know some of you have civics as beaters, so i was wondering if anyone knew if they would fit.
after owning cross drilled and slotted rotors on my old integra i am never getting cross drilled again my bitches cracked. but i did get good life out of them and beat them on a dialy basis.
for my s im sticking with the stock rotors. upgrading ur pads will give u the best bag for ur buck.
but like u said its only for looks so just go to ebay and buys cross drilled and slotted ones

cross drilled does NOTHING! plus, if you're going to cheap out price wise on something that matters (brakes, suspension, tires, etc), you might as well drive your car off a cliff.
if they fit the car, dont you think the company would have the brilliance to say that the same rotors fit the s2000? i mean for ***** sake

...Just go back to reading your import tuner, and never come back this this forum...for your own good.
Tips:
1. Research and common sense are your friend.
2. Cross drilled rotors are POS, and they will crack under stress.
3. Learn to stick to QUALITY parts, over what you THINK looks good.
4. If money is tight...you really shouldn't be owning/driving an S2000 to begin with...regardless of the year or condition. Don't be a cheapass.
