i want to know too . i have a 97 civic and the front bumper sags and it doesnt line up correctly.

i did my rear bumper and where my front bumper meets the fenders for about $2.00 at lowes

Had to do this when I painted my car since all the mounting hardware was rusty and useless.

+1000 for new hardware from Lowes

i have a 00 em1 btw...and they have that little bracket right underneath...i dunno how it goes on there

Yeah, I've seen that thread for 92-95 civics, but I haven't seen anything for 96-00. The 96-00 front end is a little more complicated and I can't see merely buying bolts from lowes as the end-all gap fix.
