b16 header?

Default b16 header?

just purchased a dc 4-2-1 header for my b16. what is the best way to install it. should i go from the top or the bottom. and will i need to take out my radiator for more room. i had to pound out the crossmember a lil to fit my stock ex. manifold. but will prob have to pound it more. just want some advise before i start.

Drop the front crossmember & install from the bottom.

Remove the four main crossmemeber bolts, pull it down a bit & loosen the radius rod bolts. Install the header, tighten radius rod bolts, reinstall main front crossmember bolts.

i also need a catalic converter. will the civic si or del sol vtec(any b series) cat bolt right up to the header. ...
