Default 93 civic with DC2 headlights.

I know this is sacroligous, but it came to me this way. I am wondering if anyone out there knows if I can simply wire the power for the brights to operate both the regular and brights at same time like on a typical DC2 or if that isn't too safe for the wiring. I can re-wire from a few feet prior if need be to up the wire size. Any input would be helpful.

you're asking that when you turn on your high-beams that you want your low-beams to stay on? or do you want your high-beams on all the time (with your low-beams)???

the prior is easy to do with a relayed wiring harness.
the latter sounds like you're asking a cop to pull you over.

Except (I could be wrong here) the 93 Civic uses the same bulb for both low and high. (If I am correct on the single bulb) Lighting both at the same time would be using both filaments at once, producing way more heat than either the bulb or housing was designed for.

Follow this link to make them both stay on at the same time.

You are going to have to cut off the H4 socket and wire in 9005/9006 sockets for the integra bulbs.

someone has already cut and wired in the 9006 and 9007 bulb connectors. The problem is when you turn them on the high beams that lows turn off. I just want it to be like the integra where the lows stay on no matter what. I will just draw up a simple wiring diagram for the relays and procede with it. I was just trying to see if anyone else has done this prior. thank you for the input.

i would relay the power directly from the battery... i'm not sure your stock wiring will be able to to support two 55w bulbs (per side) at the same time...

The link I gave you tells you how to make them stay on properly with very little work.
