Can you put E85 into any 10+ year old car without any other modification?

It's simply not designed to take it. The fuel injectors, the motor itself, etc. Not too mention all the deposits from using gas however many years.

If it did work it'd probably run horribly and cause premature death.

to run safely e-85 must run a much richer tune. To accomplish this you would certainly need larger injectors, and deffinately a richer tune. While e-85 is awesome, it might not even be cost effective for a stock F series.

Plus E85 obviously has more alcohol in it which deteriorates rubber, and accords do use rubber hosing in their fuel lines. You could make the modifications but as previously stated, it's not cost effective.

Correct. All rubber fuel lines would have to be converted to steel hard lines. Also you would have to run a richer A/F ratio with E85. There is some good info around the net. google.com is your friend.

Actually, while you will see in time the alcohol destroy the rubber it will take a very, very long time. You could safely run it for months without issues.
