Hey guys i just went to the junkyard and found me a hydro tranny with the sticker code reading s8g and the filler cap code reading b000 if anyone can help me with some info on this thing i have googled and everything please help. wondering if i can use this with my d16y7 motor

 

what kinda car did you pull this from...ive never heard of s8g

 

ok found alittle info...that tranny came outta 96-97 sohc del slo's....so im guessing that would work

 

aight yea i pulled it from a crx with a d16y8 the only info i found was the s8g was a rare jdm like si delsol tranny is that right?

it has the code b000 so this means its the shorter tranny with vtec gears correct?

that is an si del sol trans the s8g is rare and sells for between 150-300
