Not without modification (which is pointless so no) and yes.

how do you know its an itr bottom end? does it say b18c5 or does it say b18

also gsr intake manifold does not bolt onto a b18c5 head without major modifications

a gsr/b16 head will bolt directly onto an itr block without any modifications

If it's got a GSR intake manifold, I'll 99.99% guarantee you it's a GSR head...I only know of one person who transplanted a GSR manifold, and that was onto an LS motor. Yes, a GSR head will bolt onto an ITR bottom end, but what's leading you to believe that it's an ITR bottom end?

both gsr and type R come with a b18c stamped on the block in japan, so you most likely have a jdm gsr motor.

both the jdm gsr and jdm type R have the same engine code of b18c in japan, id be willing to be its just a stock gsr
