Default water leaking in and coming from under the dash

i remember reading about someone who had this problem....it leaks when it rains, and i have no a/c.What do i need to do to stop the leak?

Hey...it's kinda hard to say for sure what the culprit is...but from my own experience I think it may be that the metal opening for your blower's air vent has rusted. Take off the windshield cowl and take off the plastic cover on the passenger side to peer into the space where the wiper linkages are. You'll see a rectangular hole with a metal guard encircling it. On my car, there was rust where the guard piece was welded to the base (there was also a massive rat's nest there collecting moisture...disgusting...I know). I got out most of what I could and riveting in aluminum to cover what I cut and pasted on some sealer. I'm about to redo it with steel and some welds, now that I can weld (it's a very tight spot to get to though).
