Default future build transmission delima

Hi all I'm planning out a future project and i was considering a rwd civic coupe and i was wondering if anyone else has done it. just throwing it out there but i want to know if a custom fabbed 240sx/silvia or old *** rwd celica/supra/rx7 drive shaft woud work for the crv trans axle. thanks for the help

yep been done b4, just search. Theres a S2K powered hatch I believe, a HT member is building a AWD B20 Vtec hatch, there's also a V8 civic coupe out there some where. Just search mang! I also saw a dual engine del sol also. It's gonna be a lot of of time, money, custom fabing, headaches and beer to do it right. Have fun haha.

that's what i was afraid of. it's just an option for my future build. i'm still debating whether or not to go d-series or go for the B

oh I also forgot theres an LS1 powered EK hatch I saw on this forum too. It was pretty sweet. I think he dubbed it the civette.

yeah nothing crazy like that for me i want to buy the engine build it up then pick out the donor. but who knows with the way gas is going i was looking at some 66 ford f 200's for way cheaper than just the engine and they were in decent shape too
