I was confused with my bulbs too, I just pull them out and match them to the ones at the auto store.

yeah is supposed to have it.. my is a si and has the cables and everithing but the bulb is missing.. the current flows ... but really never installed.. really don't care.. i rather used it for something else..

Well, I looked up the part number in the parts catalog and did a cross reference to the 6th gen Civic (which I'm more familiar with). It's the same tiny bulb used in the 6th gen Civic gauge clusters, so yes, that'd be a 74.
