Simple question will a 94-97 rear hatch fit into my 2000 integra, I have not looked at the actual piece in comparison. I think it will but want some reassurance. Thanks!!

 

yeah there should not be any problem with fitment, but the 98+ has the little lever under the trunk so u can open it whereas the 94-97 does not because to pop it up there is a lever inside the car by the gas cover release thing, so youd probably have to use a key

 

Yeah, like he said, the 94 like mine as a latch in next to the gas latch. Where as yours doesnt have a latch inside. So obviously its 2 different piece, I would ASSUME it wouldnt fit, or if it did youd have extra stuff going on seeing as how the 94-97 is made to open from the inside.

are they both a 2 door or both a 4 door? because the trunks are different between the two... and even if they are both the same, im thinking that they would be different... but they're definitly different if one is a 2door and the other is a 4 door
