Default New Civic Purchase - What should I watch for?

I'll be picking up a new Civic for my wife this Saturday. I'm actually going to fly to a different city to pick up the car (about 250 miles away) as none of the local dealerships had the options we wanted. The car is a black/gray EX with leather and the navigation system and an automatic transmission. Questions include:

1. Is there anything I should watchout for that the dealership should address on the spot?
2. Is the XM radio activated at the dealership or do I have to do it separately?
3. Is there a breakin mileage recommended by those of you Civic drivers? And what would I do during that breakin (limit RPM?)?
4. Are there any quirks in these cars that I should know about?

Thanks all.

xm is already set up if the car comes equipped. no need for break in the engine already has miles on and the techs will have drove the car to verify that there is nothing wrong. the cars are pretty solid, but have had some issues with rear control arms wearing out tires (make sure you rotate when told to) and there has been recalls on brake switches and rear wheel sensors. but most have been fixed. if you have any questions send me a pm i am a tech at honda
