The title says it all. I have this clicking/clattering noise when I turn the vehicle. It sounds like it's coming from the trunk but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what it might be? Also, my car just hit the 100k mark and all the warning lights seem to turn on. Should I take it in for a diagnostic?

The only major car repair I've done in the past was an oil change, change our brake shoes, alternator change, spark plug change, etc. So maybe I could fix this problem my myself?
