My names Jason, i have a 1996 Honda Civic. I recently had a 6 puck ACT clutch and ACT pressure plate installed in my car. For some reason when i dont have my foot on the clutch it makes a winding noise, but when my foot is all thr way down on the clutch it goes away. It only happens when im not engaging the clutch.why is this?
