Default Is this a good buy

I was looking on Ebay for a b20 block but was not sure what i would find. I found a b20 block for about $100 and wanted to know if it would be a good buy since it was going to be built anyways. Let me know quick because the bid ends on the fist. Here is the site

Email the seller, ask him/her what else is included. If it is the complete shortblock I would say bid around $130-150, shipping is $70. So if you can score the block for around $200 I would consider that a good deal. But what are your goals? FI or NA?

You're an idiot. How many items have you bought or sold on ebay?

I have bought a few items on ebay and you get what you pay for. I was thinking maybe this block would be a good purchase because it is not going to be used as is it would get machined and completely rebuilt, but i also dont want to waste money on something that will either cost me too much to fix or will not be fixable at all.
