Default performer x manifold install now car runs too rich

I just installed the edelbrock performer x manifold on my 92 integra with a built b18a and its now running way too rich and barely idles. the throttle response is all broken up. the car ran perfect with the stock manifold. could the iacv or map sensor have gone bad or somthing. any help would be greatly appreciated.

theres no cel light, and i don't think i switched any of the sensors around. could one of the sensors just have gone bad by quoincidence or something?

TPS and MAP are easily switched.

What kind of fuel pressure regulator are you running and is it vacuum controlled?

the sensors on my integra for the map and tps can't be switched because there at the opposite sides of the engine. i'm running the stock fpr and fuel rail. could maybe a sensor have failed?

you need to TUNE it. nothing will fix it. and it won't ever run right...

if you aren't throwing any codes than all your sensors should be good

wouldn't you think that since i increased the air volume that the car would want to run lean instead of rich? i'll probably just put the stock manifold back on until i can have someone professional tune it because all i have is an afc and i would like hondata or chrome.

it could be a bunch of variables, the motor could be in limp or safe mode just dumping fuel.. you never know..

Mine was also running rich after I installed the Performer X IM, I got retuned a week later and it's been running perfect since.

Changing something as important as the induction system, what makes u think you do not need to retune it..lmao.
