Wow that's pretty impressive repair work. Is any aluminum rim with similar damage fixable or is it just forged, spun wheels. I was kind of curious what the process for that is. Do you heat it up and push it out with a hydraulic die or hammer it out?

thanks most wheels on the market are cast and are fixable, but the billet and forged wheels are strong and easier to repair... theres a structure test i do before i work the wheels to see if theres any liability in repairing it, i wont touch the wheel if the spokes are cracked.

Wow! Nice work. Quite jealous of your ability there. I have a couple of damaged aluminum 16's and would love to fix the edges (original owner curbed; not nearly like that wheels damage though) but I'm personally not capable and it's probably to expensive to have someone repair and it be worth the money.
