Default Third gear "jumping" out , S80 gear in 98 hatc

Hey guys ,
i have a 98 hatch with b16a2 swap and S80(lsd) hydro gear.

i had problems with the synchro's in the gear, i orderd new ones
but did not install them yet.
latly (about 2weeks) the thirds gear "pops out"
does that means i have to replace all this parts in it?:

what should i check , or how can i assume what is the problem without opening it up?

TIA For any help!

Popping out of gear is usually worn syncros, not to say there isn't damage to the gear itself. As far as I know the only way to know for sure is split it open.

Not trying to correct anybody or anything but first off if the synchro was bad then it would grind so if it dosent then theres nothing wrong with the synchro. and if you can still get into and out of the gear with no problem then more than likely the gear it self is good. if you notice the rings that go onto each synchro those are blocking rings and they keep the synchro in gear so if you replace those then you should be good as long as you arent experincing any other problems.

Thnx for the answers guys ,

the problem is that where i come from (Israel)
idont have the availability of parts for any "unique" parts (yeah b16/integra parts = unique and close to none!)

so if i just open the gear and see whats wrong i'll have to wait a week+ just to order and get the parts from abroad.

so what to you guys think?
should i just buy this sleeve set?

TIA again..
