Default Valve train

Which valve train would be good for a stock bottom end and around 220whp

IM sorry about that I should of included that its a b18c jdm gsr with a skunk 2 IM stock headers and exaust. Has a UDSM gsr tranny. 66m TB w/ spacer, cold air intake, msd ignition,hondata ecu, NON LSD Tranny and 15X7 rims

Search around and see what people have done to make 220whp. I get the feeling that you think it's fairly easy to do....you're in for a bit of a surprise.

Most likely not gonna happen on an all motor build.

Yep. And what valves you use are the least of your worries. Stock would be just as good or better than the valves you've listed and make the same power.

Definately not gonna happen on NA with stock head and exhaust. You should set your power goal to 200 whp first. Gotta learn to crawl before you learn to walk.

well i will swap out the exaust later but now im just getting the the head ready Im going to cali for vacation this july but when i come back it will be ready then i just go to find a hondata ecu and tune it. when i come back from cali ill update

current mods none. future mods JG Engine dynamics Stainless steel valves, titanium retainers dual springs and stage two cams, then s300 hondata with a p28, aem cam gears.
