Default Bought another ef civic, HELP Please

well i bought another civic dx it had an ls-vtec in it for $2000. well the ls-vtec spun a rod bearing the guy said, so i pulled the motor and put a b20 into it just for something else to drive. well its all in and for the past 2 days i've had problems getting it to start. the fuel pump wont prime. i've done everything and cant find the problem. well i ran a wire from the fuse box to a inline fuse to a switch and then to the fuel pump. now its getting fuel to the injectors but i find out now that the injectors aren't spraying. i made sure all 4 were working by jumping each to the battery and they clicked. so i must have a big problem on my hands. thought it was just the fuel pump but its the whole fuel system now.

1989 civic DX
B20 motor
OBD0 to OBD1 conversion harness
P72 ecu

it turns over, and it will start if you spray gas into the manifold with a bottle.

SOME ONE PLEASE HELP

jsut thought i'd put these in here....

sounds like the jumper harness or ecu...if it was running before, it's something you put in or wired up. seems the ecu is not sending the signal to the fuel pump or the injectors. not saying it's not the main relay, but if it ran before that's probably not the cause
