Can't Remove Spinning Bolt in Chassis-Please Help
So I am trying to replace most of my grounds or at least clean them up with steel wool. One I am definitely trying to replace is the one that goes from valve cover to front of chassis. The problem is it was overtightened and now when I try to remove the bolt fastening it in the front of chassis, it just spins and never comes out...

How do I remove this frustrating bolt? The head of the bolt is not stripped.

i tried prying from underneath and vice grips, but no luck. The only other thing I can think of is drilling through it and cracking it in pieces with an ice pick. Any other ideas?

like others said, stick something like needle nose pliers forcing the bolt up by unscrewing it at the same time.
if that doesn't work, break the bolt head off and drill it out. tap it size up and you're good. or use helicoil (good stuff but kinda pricey)

Drill the bolt out or grind the head off. Then just find another hole to ground the cable to, this isn't rocket science.
