Well , heres the set up :
1996 ls integra
garrett t3/t4 turbo
inline pro manifold
thermal research exhaust
rc 310 injectors
vortech fmu
fuel pressure regulator
other odds and ends

the problem:

I know the vortech fmu sucks , but moving on .. Lately , when im on hills and starting , the car will bog bad , and basically have no power , drift backwards as im trying to give it gas. When im on a hill I have to hold the emergency brake and give it gas slowly to go . Its not as bad starting on flat surface , but when i shift gears , let off the gas then press it agin once im done shifting , it bogs for about 5 seconds then drives normal.

I checked the spark plugs , 3 are the same and good and 1 is not much different .

im thinking . is it the fuel filter ? fuel pump ? other ?

any help would be great
