Default Crank case venting Q

I'm trying to figure out which way to go about venting the crankcase of my B18C at the block. I'm having a hard time finding fittings that will screw into the existing rear plugs and convert to -10 an. Any info would be great.

I actually had him make me a -12 one since I wanted to run a single -12 line to my catch can.
