fule pump/windows/clock/not coming on alsobrake light wolnt go off

fule pump/windows/clock/not coming on alsobrake light wolnt go off
i have a 93 del sol si and the fule pump will not ingage i jsut droped a mini me in and nuthing wants to work
i checked fuses and relays and the plugsto see if they were loose
the fule pump will turn if i give it direct power works fine
also when i jumper the ecu to check the codes the engine light stays solid and ive never seen that b4
only thing i can think of is wireing harnes
i tore my intiror apart and traced the wires as best i couold with out unlooming it and cant see ne thing outa place ne ideas ive been workin on this 2 long in the tx heat
