I live in NC too... and I'm in the process of trying to fix the AC in my daily driver, an '87 Volvo.
Anyway, I've found that in my '92 Honda Accord, the AC condenser fan, hard AC lines, and other important AC stuff are all right up next to the radiator. Check to see if your condenser fan starts when the AC is turned on. If not, then see if the connector was not plugged back in when the fan was put back on the new radiator.

that happened to me 2day...i had pulled the wire from the compressor that goes 2 the fan...so my friends came over and told me that was the single red wire...he spliced it and the ac is working great now...
i popped the hood, and noticed a small black wire unplugged...i plugged it up turned on a/c and it was ice cold, they must have forgotten to plug it back up...thx a lot ppl!
