So I have a ZC harness on my B18A1 in my EF and have 2 extra wires by the fuel injection wiring plug
nothin huh... maybe i should try another site.. have fun with you JDM aqura engine... oh wait, is there such a thing. ONE!
your problem is unless your using the harness that came with your trim model originally it is not going to work. So basically unless your car is a real ZC model originally you cannot use the ZC harness. if its an Si you have to use an original Si harness, if its an HF you have to use a HF harness, and if it was a DX you have to use an MPFI converted Dx harness. no ways around this that are worth the effort, do a little more research.
if your ef is a si then, the extra two wiers is for a sensor that is behind the si manifold, I dont know whats the sensor called or what is it for but i think that might be it. GL
the blue and black/yellow are for the cylinder position sensor that the obdo zc has on the exhaust cam next to the dizzy.

So I do not need this sensor? the engine runs fine without it, 500 miles and still smashin..
Thanks for the responses just got a little baffled when I was pluggin in and saw 2 extra wires with no plug to pin them into... coluld have ripped open my harness and found out where they went but i just tucked them and forgot about them until i was pullin some leafs out from that corner and rememberd that they were just kickin it..
Do I need them on the B18A or can I just lock them off?

you don't need the wires - the 89-91 D16A6 had a Fast Idle Control Valve that boosted the idle slightly in very cold temperatures - that was it's only function
