I am planning to get rims soon before a drop but I dont know which rims to get and what color would look good on a Galaxy Gray Metallic. All I know is that I dont want any silver rims. Any suggestion?

 

Mine is an Si, but I was planning some bronze rims. Dark bronze.

Black seems to go well with this color also.

Not my choice, but hyper silver/ nice alloys work well.

 

what you think about gunmetal?

 

i got an Ex the same color, i got 18" rims black with chrome lip and then dropped it, then i changed to a bronze kind of color 17" and u'll feel a difference in torque between 18" of course.





take your pick. they're both good looking, and the HFP rims look great on the car too, i've seen many cars with HFP rims, the MugenSI rims are nice looking too and were part of my choices too.

black, gloss or matte finish would look good.

i always saw a tint of brown in gg... iono, maybe its just me.

you kno, same here, lol it's not just you.. that's y i hated the color when i first got the car. it was the only color on the lot that had MT and i needed the car right away. changed the rims and it looked better. i always see old people driving this color tho lol. i like it tho. got used to it

 

what front lip is that? go with gold or bronze with a chrome lip!

 

its a prototype lip from vis. its not out yet but will be soon. I was thinking about a dark chrome color rims . . . what do you guys think?

IMO the first picture that irnhyd889 posted, is the best looking setup in this thread so far.

 

i liek both and own both, but 18" make my car look weird =\. i think 17" black with chrome lip would be SICK!!!! chix be digging it! drop it an inch or 2 if u want... i hink 2 inches should be ok, but i did 1inch for clearance.... hehe... but yeh... 17" chrome with black lip... check it out.. here's what i did, take your car to a rent-a-wheel if there's one around. try the wheels out black with chrome lip and then try bronze... they can line it next to your car too without bolting it. and see how you like it. u'd have to see how it looks yourself.
