VIS CF hood question - did they screw up?

VIS CF hood question - did they screw up?
got a VIS CF hood for my 99 Civic. Now something looks strange on the bottom side, where you mount the windshield washers.
Can someone confirm that this is not a screw up?...

They made a big hole to fit the windshield washer on the right side (marked with an arrow). If you compare with a stock hood, the windshield washer should be where they cut out the square part. It also inside the square part on the left side, so looks like someone did an error on the right side.
