Anyone have anyidea whats causing the fuse to blow? is there a relay that could not be tripping?

 

Turn on the AC, have a friend do it, watch both fans, turn off the AC and the condensor fan should stop much quicker, if its going bad. You could have a burned relay, burned relay socket, burned wire in the fan circuit, loose or corroded ground connection, burned or corroded connector in the fan wiring, bad fan motor / brushes. Carefully touch both motors to see how hot they get, the hotter one should be bad.
