Default anyone good with solid works?

Im building some headers prototypes in solidworks everything is all good unitl I get to the collector part , I build the collector but for some reason the last assembly is not perfect I cut each tube at 90 degres 2 cuts per tube but when I assamble them one is off is not coincident is actually a bit bigger If anyone can help me out I can send u my drwaing so u can see what im talking about..

I had a similar problem with this, but with actually cutting a collector in real life. You're probably spinning the tube 90* using it's center line as the point of radius. What's happening is since the tube is going to be angled (say 15*-30*) at the merge, you need to take that into consideration. Draw a line that'll be parallel to the turbo flange through your first cut. Then, while looking at the tube from the end (you'll be seeing it as an "O" in a sense), you'll want to make that newly drawn line horizontal on the screen, and then draw a line perpendicular to that which will be your "blade cut" basically.
