Analyze My Duno Run

I'm building my engine this summer so I took it to a local shop and strapped it to the dyno. I only got three runs during a 'dyno day' because they were really moving us through. In the end I left with really no direction which is why I'm posting this here.
These runs were on a stock 98 spec JDM B18C with the 4-1 header and Apexi Worldsport II cat-back.
My plans this summer include installing a Hondata on a p28, a straight-pipe and possibly new camshafts and cam gears. However, I think there may be some other things I need to look at first. Really my only question is why is there such a fluctuation in the bands during my run? Is my car not getting enough fuel or enough fire? Take a look at my runs and let me know what you think if you've got a minute.

[ crap, i just noticed i spelled the subject wrong ]

the jagged lines could just be from the correction/smoothing factor in the dynojet software. it looks fine other than the fact it's running a little too lean at the vtec crossover up until around 6700rpm.
it could use some tuning.....just wait until you do all the mods you want then do a final proper tune.

1. Are you throwing any codes (check engine light) ?
2. What is your distributor timing at ?
3. What ecu are you running ?
4. Have you done a compression & leak down test ?
