A/c Clog
im not to sure where the filter is i had the same problem on 2000 ex and i just ran a clothes hanger in the drian tube with is directly under the passenger's side floorboard after i did that abunch of green junck fell out and i had no more problems

USDM CiViCs don't have a (cabin) filter - the evap is nude!
Remove your glovebox (and knee bolster - left side of glovebox) pop the cover off the evap and clean all the crap out.
You can mod it by using the cabin filter assembly out of a CRV, but good luck on finding a frame...
