Default eg starting issue? video to help

Vehicle: 92 Honda CX Hatch
Motor: 94 DX transplant

ok, i posted this before but decided to start a new one since to start from scarp. plz ignore and delete other post.

Car used to run on a h swap. took it out and swapped it with a 94 dx motor. car ran fine and had no issues after the motor swap back to stock for about 3-4 days, then just recently the car just didnt wanna to turn on.

The car has power, but Cel light (check engine) doesnt come on when the key is turn to the ON position. engine has no spark, and it doesnt turn over or even make an attemp to turn over. i dont hear the fuel pump even turn on, but im thinking theres a wiring problem since i dont even get the cel light to turn on and off.

Check list of items replaced or checked and still no good:
fuel pump(replaced with working one)
main relay and relay above hood latch(replaced)
grounds(checked)
battery(putting out 12v checked)
every single fuse(only 7.5 back up fuse was blown next to ecu fuse under the hood replaced)
ecu(checked and replaced with working one just in case)
checked for short to ground from TPS, EGR, and MAP sensors, everything looks good
timing belt(looks good)
new engine oil and tranny oil

dizzy and started have not been replaced, but i plan to do so or at least replace them with working ones to see if they are causing any of the problem

Video of what happends when i try to start engine:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=xU7X5eNy7Zg

only here the relay above the hood latch clip every time i try to start, any help is appreciated...

I'm willing to bet you have a bad harness somewhere...my crx had the same issue, then i replaced the harness and it started up perfectly after that...so maybe think about that...

Oh, also you might wanna pull out the dash and check the harness underneath, that may have issues as well...but since the CEL doesnt even come on, it's most likely under dash harness, or possibly both of your harnesses..

BTW, who is this? Are you seng?

i did notice that the harness looks a lil damaged under the battery, whats looks like battery acid leakage. which was before me, cuz i have never had that problem. ill replace it and post up if it changes anything
