At this time this is the one and only existing one and in fact the one and only
"NO DRILL NO RIVET" option for a hood damper for civic 8th gen, that i know of

Measure your stock hood prop, and go to autozone. They have them there. It's not one of a kind at all, but nice work, none the less.

There isnt any mounting locations for the hood damper/lift - you need custom brackets. Maybe you dont realize that for an 8th gen civic. Or maybe you like to drill a few holes on your precious car.

Ill buy one for you from autozone if you can find a bolt on

 

hood dampers=dumb as [freak]......only ok if u have a show car. and show cars are even more dumb as [freak].....

There are plenty of pre-existent holes in the underside of my hood that would work perfectly for a hood damper. As I said, nice work, but it's not one of a kind. If I wanted it done, I would have already done it, without custom brackets.
