1) Go to Advance Auto, Auto Zone, or Pep Boys and purchase a Haynes manual.
2) Follow directions in Haynes manual.
Not trying to be a smartass, next to a service manual the Haynes is the bst thing you can own for working on your own car.

1 do as he said as you need to remove the front bumper to do that (yeah it sucks)

ohh dude it sucks to do this....
start with the undercariage cover... take it off.
drop the front lower lip if you got one.
remove the corner lenses
remove the lower turn signals
bumper cover's next - its tricky because there's two clips under each of the headlights and the headlights don't come out without removing the bumper cover. kind of like a catch 22. so after you manage to toally **** up the clips and get the bumper cover off move on to the next step
remove the bumper bar.
now its like four bolt to reomve the housing.
but now for a better suggestion... here's a list of what you'll need:
vacuum cleaner with a hose attchment
duct tape
coat hanger
1/4" flxible rubber tubing (maybe 3ft)
undo fold the coat hanger and tape it to the flexible tube so that you can manipulate it... you know bend it here... bend it there and it will hold its shape. then use the duct tape to adapt the tube to the hose attachment of the vacuum. its not very good for the vacuum but who cares. you can pick up the larger peices with the suction and then suck up all the small ****. you may want to drive your car down your driveway and slam on the brakes in a straight line or while turnng (which ever forces the shards into the most accessible corner of the housing.)
yeah both methods sucks but its my experience that once you take a bumper cover off you can never get it on the same.
good luck
PS. I used to write expisodes of MacGyver. jk.

You dont need to take off the bumper cover with the clips under the headlight. I did that the first time and it was a bitch. The helms manual says so too. I just did it last week so. You need to remove the screws under the car and on the side of the bumper. Then take out your bumper lights. now behind the bumper lights is 2 screws on each side holding the whole bumper and metal(i dont know the name) to the car. Lift up and its out. Then take out your headlights, and assemble in reverse. But I repeat, YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE OUT THE CLIPS UNDER THE HEADLIGHT!!! you will only ruin them for no reason, and its 10x easier.
He has it right...no need to take off clips and other crap...only two 14mm bolts behind the bumper lights and the 2 10mm in the fender well and the whole thing will come off /w the bumper support...you can then reach the bolts holding in the headlight...
