Default power loss when driving cold

I have this intermittent power loss when I first drive my 92 accord wagon, It starts and runs ok except in the first minute or so of driving, it will loose power and I have to push the excellerator down hard or just back off on it till it clears, after about a minute it will surge into full power and run just fine.

It feels like it is starving for fuel...if it was the fuel pump it probable would not run at all????

I put in a new fuel filter, new cap and rotor and new plugs.

Anyone ever come across this, I have had lots of Hondas but never had this problem

Having exact problem with a 94 accord. Started a couple weeks ago and does not matter if warm or cold, its intermittent and cant find any pattern.

I have taken it to the dealer and they have run full diags. cant pinpoint the reason.

Have had the fuel filter replaced, fuel system cleaned, new plugs, caps and rotor. Now they are saying it might be the cat converter....

Not sure but if any one has any ideas, I would appreciate!

I solved it for my car....it was the Oxygen sensor. I replaced it and runs great.
