alright so the car i bought has a jdm climate control but tis not wired up properly and someone gave me a link to a video on youtube where it shows step by step how to put the face and bulbs of a jdm unit into a usdm unit. can anyone find this link, cause i cant!

 

okay if you car is an eg. the whole jdm climate control does not work in your car cause u dont have the sensors and temp gauges and other jdm blah blah blah, you would have to get that and do a whole bunch of wiring to get it to work. unless you wanna do all that stuff must ppl just change the face plates out. just take the usdm climate control out, put the bulbs and face plate from the jdm one on ur usdm one and stick it back in.

 

thats what i want to do. is it pretty easy... cause last time i made this thrad(cant find it now) someone gave me a link to a video on youtube, step by step blulb and face switching. well one day when i got time ill play aroudn with it.

 

dude it is super easy.. takin the climate control out is a dick cause of one screw in the back.. but changin the bulbs and the face plate is just poppin the face plate off and pullin the bulbs out and then puttin them in and poppin the plate on

I guess that guy felt he needed to. Of course when I did this conversion 3-4 years ago, I figured it out on my own.

 

i watched it jsut for an idea, but looks pretty dam straight forward. thanks guys.
