Default Engin swap for my SOHC LX 98'

New guy here, needs hand held till knows better. I have a 98' lx SOHC and i think its time to give it a little more kick (nothing crazy). I was thinking about putting a b20 in it and i just wanted to know what would be a good tranny to go with it and any other suggestions u may have for an engine swap. thanks !

1CaMw0nDeR is the best in my book, thanks for your feed back!

That was a smart statement, followed by a very unsmart statement lol... You say you want to put something with a lil bit more kick but nothing crazy, and you list the most TQ'd B series swap available... haha, not to be a dick but that was just kinda funny at first glance....

Why not just throw a vtec head on ur single cam, small turbo, nice little tune, and call it a day..??? Cheaper, still fast, and more reliable than ripping into something you're not quite sure of..??
