Default how safe if oil squiter is block on a stock gsr block?

as the topic states, how safe is it? try search but nothing on stock gsr. the bottom is all oem parts. what will it do or happen?

You need the oil squirter if you are still using the Gsr rods and pistons. Only block it if you are using Ls crank and rods....

gsr block with gsr crank + rods - oil squiter. all oem
