problem- 12v cigarette lighter doesnt work

more info- well my 12v cig lighter wont work, so i decided to grab a test light and poke around on some fuses, and i noticed a significant amount of 10's and 40's i think werent lightining up but i also could not find the fuse labeled (27) which is apparently the fuse that connects to your 12v cig lighter, am i looking in the wrong place? this was under my dash btw, and i checked my fuse box in the engine bay, but meh those arnt related to the problem, its funny tho i never have ANY problems even tho so many of those little fuses didnt seem to light up on that test light.

 

im gonna bet your fuse tester wasnt working or something! if all of those fuses were bad, then you would know! go online and find a fuse diagram, and you will see where it is.
