I hav a 98' civic ex coupe. with a d16y8 engine. intake. no vtec till later today. but i want a full exhaust system. from the headers to the pipes n exhaust tip. which should I get?

 

depends on what your looking for i always like the apexi world sport and the greddy evo not loud but with a nice sound to it.

 

unless your trying to spend alot on your header, id go with Megan and x2 with the apexi world sport.

I bought the Tanabe Super Medaillion Hyper. I am very happy with the sound out of it...

I was looking at the WS2 and they where on back order at the times and I needed an exhaust quick.

 

Why headers? Are you planning on needing a spare.

 

the best so far that i know is buddy club spec II, very loud also has a silencer, very good sound, look it up on youtube for a sound. its meant for Full Race so no doubt it will give you power, and headers, at LEAST go DC 4-1

Always depends.

 

4-1 will give you better top end horsepower 4-2-1 will give you hp but good low to mid torque, and the apex1 world sport is sold in noir (black) not just chrome believe me i think its worth the wait.

 

mugen twin loop...i have it on my hatch and couldnt be happier...i got ot through kings motorsports but it was very expensive...if your on a budget i agree with the apexi n1...looks real good and has a nice deap tone

 

its really about your preference

 

how much am i looking at, money wise, with the apexi n1?

 

cat back is 500...you can get the n1 muffler but its like 200 alone so your better off getting the whole thing

Depending on the place you get it from a full cat-back can be anywhere 350-500


I also had the mugen with the loop also very very nice also a little pricey if new but the only thing I didn't like was the exhaust tip but it was stolen a long time ago from me.

Talked to the guy at my local shop he told me he charges 415 for the full catback not bad at all
