EGR???
94 LS w/ turbo
So i just failed my emissions test because my NOx was too high, and i was told to check that there's vacuum to the EGR but i have no idea how to do so.
I don't think its the cat, i just got a new one and its been over 1500 miles since.
Anybody help?

Your mixture is possibly too lean.
Lean mix, high combustion temp, high NOx pollution.
Of course, a properly operating cat should take care of that for ya.
